We offer Central Coast catering for a wide range of gatherings, including weddings, parties, retreats, cooking classes, private celebrations, corporate events, celebration of life events, and intimate dinners. As a flexible Central Coast caterer, we cater everything from small gatherings to large-scale events (300 + guests).
We also provide drop-off catering, full-service event catering, and private chef experiences in your home. Whether you’re after wedding catering, paella catering, pizza catering, or a nourishing retreat feast, we create food that brings people together.

Yes, we proudly cater for all dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and other specific needs.

We also offer fully vegan catering and gluten-free catering menus, creating food that is just as beautiful, delicious, and abundant for every guest.

There’s no strict minimum booking. We regularly provide Central Coast catering for small, intimate gatherings from 4–6 guests, as well as larger events.

Each menu is thoughtfully created around your event, the season, and your vision, whether that’s shared feasting tables, grazing spreads, plated meals, or interactive experiences like cooking classes, paella catering, or pizza catering.

Yes. We provide Central Coast catering, as well as catering across the Hunter Valley, Sydney, Newcastle and throughout NSW.
We regularly travel for retreats, weddings, and special events. Travel fees apply outside our local Central Coast area.

Yes. We offer full-service Central Coast catering, including experienced chefs and service staff for setup, service, and pack-down.
Our core team is included in our per-head pricing, so you won’t encounter any hidden or unexpected fees. If additional staff are needed for larger events or services beyond standard food service, this will always be discussed and agreed upon with you in advance.

We offer a range of optional add-ons to make your event seamless and beautifully styled. These include plates and cutlery (with all serving ware already included), tablecloths and fabric napkins (with disposable/ compostable napkins included as standard), and simple floral arrangements or styling touches.
If you’re looking for a more complete experience, we can also assist with things like glassware hire, table styling, menu printing, or coordinating with other local suppliers, so everything feels cohesive and effortless on the day.

To book your Pachamama Catering event, simply fill out our enquiry form or contact us with your event details (date, location, and number of guests).
You’ll speak directly with Ali, the owner of Pachamama Catering, who will design a menu tailored to your event.
To secure your date, a 30% deposit is required. Guest numbers can be adjusted prior to your final invoice, which is issued 1–2 weeks before your event. Final payment is required before the event date.
We accept bank transfer, and can arrange credit card or cash payments if needed.
